The App lets customers browse products and place orders, and lets shop staff manage billing and inventory. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

We only collect information needed to run the shop's ordering, billing and delivery service.

2. Device Permissions

The App asks for these permissions only when a feature needs them. You can decline or revoke them anytime in your phone's Settings; some features may then not work.

• Camera — to let you take a photo to attach to an order or form (optional).
• Photos / Media / Storage — to let you pick an image from your gallery, and to save receipts/invoices you download.
• Internet / Network access — to load the shop website and send/receive your order data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and process your orders and bills.
• To arrange pickup or delivery of your order.
• To contact you about your order or provide customer support.
• To maintain your order/payment history for the shop's records.
• To keep the App secure, working and free of errors.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• With delivery personnel, strictly to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
• With our secure hosting provider that stores the shop's data on our behalf.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and business.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored on secure servers used to operate the shop. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed for orders, billing records and legal requirements. You may request that we delete your account and personal data by contacting us using the details below. We will action reasonable deletion requests, except where we must retain certain records (for example, tax/billing) as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Third-Party Links / Services

The App may open payment apps (such as UPI apps) or the shop website. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
